Pete-assisted trades require an affirmative member confirmation through the applicable trade plan/ticket workflow before execution unless a separately authorized and legally supported account feature expressly allows otherwise.

By enabling a live brokerage connection, the member acknowledges responsibility for activity in the connected account and understands that software, market-data, connectivity, execution and model errors may occur.
